qualified Charitable Distributions

A Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) is a direct transfer of funds from your traditional or Roth IRA to Midwest Environmental Advocates. If you are 72 or older, a qualified charitable distribution may be excluded from your taxable income and may count toward satisfying your required minimum distribution for the year.

If you’d like to make a QCD gift, your financial institution should make the check out to “Midwest Environmental Advocates” and identify you as the donor by name and address. They can mail the check to:
