US Supreme Court Ruling Could Have Big Impact on Wisconsin’s Environment
The US Supreme Court recently issued a far-reaching decision that diminishes the regulatory power of the EPA and other federal agencies. Here in Wisconsin, many of the anti-government ideas the Supreme Court is now adopting have been written into state law by an unaccountable legislature. But while there is no immediate prospect of change on the federal level, things appear somewhat brighter on the state level. MEA Executive Director Tony Wilkin Gibart explains why.
